The role will undertake clinical teaching and assessment for the Student Nursing Associate (SNA), with the key priorities of driving improvements in pre-registration learner experiences during placements in General Practice, increasing learner engagement and improving retention.

You should be a Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in General Practice with experience as a clinical educator or a good understanding of pre-registration nurse education. The post holder will work alongside multi-professional colleagues in the training hubs within the Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to raise awareness and promote the role of the Student Nursing Associate (SNA) role and the benefits the role can play in Primary Care Networks.
