Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, as well as our exclusive Treehouses, each offering its own unique charm with stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds.

Duties to include

  • Maintaining water quality of all hot tubs
  • Carry out system back washes or filter cleaning as required
  • Maintaining operational equipment
  • Maintain hot tub temperatures within specified limits
  • Report any equipment faults to Management
  • Ensure all fire, health and safety standards are followed
  • Ensure own safety by wearing full protective clothing when using hazardous chemicals
  • Carry out stock checks of all maintenance equipment and chemicals
  • Maintain cleanliness of all plant room areas and
  • Work with Treehouse Management Team regarding all maintenance and service contracts
  • General maintenance
  • Assist concierge when needed and perform any tasks required by management
  • Must hold full driving licence
  • No experience required as full training will be given
  • Work will be outdoors, in all weather

Do to the nature of the position, applicants must hold a clean driving licence and for insurance purposes must be over the age of 21.
