Company Description

Searcys are looking for a Café Supervisor for one of its most prestigious sites.

The IET situated in the heart of savoy place along the embankment overlooking the River Thames has a magnificent view of the London Eye in the heart of London.


As Searcys Cafe Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team whilst serving freshly made sandwiches and salads and hot beverages to our corporate clients.

The role is a Monday to Friday role 8am till 3pm.

Job Description:

The role would require you to work Monday to Friday

£13.000

  • Overseeing the smooth operation of the cafe during opening hours
  • Stock control and cashing up after every shift
  • Upselling where possible and pushing new product sales.
  • Act as manager in management absence and motivate the team.
  • Be an ambassador for the Searcys brand

Qualifications:

  • Have experience in as a team leader/superviser within a hospitality environment, ideally retail
  • Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment
  • Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
  • Good delegation and influencing skills
  • Able to demonstrate team development skills
  • Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
