IT Support Analyst , you are there to provide high quality
support
to employees in the UK and Channel Island offices as well as to clients using the company's online and mobile apps.nThe role provides the opportunity to work with enterprise-grade financial systems and develop new skills on the job.nThis role will include an element of supplier liaison in areas such as managed printer services, support request escalation to third party vendors and obtaining quotes for purchases.
IT Support Analyst
Role is paying
£35,000 + Bonus + Benefits.nThe offices are based in London City, and you will work a hybrid model with 2/3 days per week in the office. Closest Stations include Liverpool Street, Bank, Moorgate.nFor the first 6 months, you will be in the office full time as you get to know the business and how it all works, then you will move to a hybrid way of working.
Essential Technical Requirements:
nStrong skills and demonstrable experience in using and supporting Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products.nBasic knowledge and understanding of networking concepts.nKnowledge of Apple iOS devices.nCompTIA A+ or MCDST Certifications.
nKnowledge of information security concepts and risks.nExperience using endpoint management tools, such as Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft InTune.nITIL v3 Foundation qualification and working familiarity with ITIL service management practices.nExperience with an IT Service Management tool such as Service Now, JIRA or Ivanti.

Receive and handle email, telephone and walk-up requests for service, from internal and external customers, following agreed procedures.nPrioritise, diagnose, and resolve Incidents according to agreed procedures.nFulfil Service Requests following documented processes and procedures.nPerform security administration tasks, including providing access to IT resources.nComplete IT daily checks.nWrite and update technical and process documentation.nBuild new laptop and desktop workstations.nCarryout IT desktop computer deployments and moves.nManage the stock levels and of IT consumable items and order replacement items as required.nContribute to projects and changes as instructed by manager.nProviding other assistance as required by the IT Service Delivery Manager.
