Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the friendly face of the service, welcoming individuals
  • Provide informal support and lend a listening ear to clients
  • Handle incoming calls and manage safety issues within the building
  • Monitor CCTV-covered areas and perform regular checks
  • Ensure clean communal spaces and provide detailed handovers to day staff
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and attend necessary training
