We are seeking Support Workers to join our team at Dimensions, a leading social care organisation. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with medication administration and management
  • Assist with personal care and moving and handling tasks
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a healthy and balanced diet
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Support with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Participate in general duties, including cooking and cleaning

Shift Patterns

We operate a 24/7 service, with shifts available across various times, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will be required to work a mix of day and night shifts, including sleep-in shifts.
