Job description

Salary:
£22,143 per year

Hours: 35 hours a week (Mon-Fri)

We are the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and we are here for everyone affected by sight loss.

Working for us means working for one of the UK's biggest charities, supporting almost two million people living with sight loss in the UK.

We have a full-time opportunity to join our Print and Dispatch team in
Gateshead.

Main tasks of the role include:

  • Producing Large Print A3/A4 documents using production printing machines.
  • Collating Large Print and Standard Print documents for despatch.
  • Working to Service Level Agreements
  • Working with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining agreed quality standards.
  • Feeding back any nonconformances with machinery and work output to Team Leaders / Supervisors.
We'll support you with in house training and give you all the tools you need to be a great Print and Despatch Assistant
