Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify goods to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Search and select stock from warehouse inventory.

  • Pack and prepare items for dispatch.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.

  • Work efficiently on a production line to pick and compile orders.

  • Pack orders ready for dispatch and meet daily and weekly production targets.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and site protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and have a friendly, can-do attitude.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
