About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Mecca Bingo in Gateshead. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming and entertaining environment for customers.
- Be adaptable and flexible, able to work across all sections of the venue and respond to changing circumstances.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that customers are informed and up-to-date.
