**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate machinery to ensure efficient production processes
  • Feed the production line with product to meet demand
  • Assemble product by hand to meet quality standards
  • Move product onto trays from the production line
  • Prepare product for palletization and dispatch
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work with accuracy and at a fast pace
  • Flexibility to work various shift times
  • Physical ability to carry out various warehousing and production duties
  • Keenness to develop skillsets
  • Excellent team player with ability to work efficiently in a variety of situations
  • Strong communication skills with ability to provide timely and constructive feedback

**What We Offer:**

  • All training is provided to ensure employees have the skills they need to succeed
  • Competitive pay rate of £11.50 per hour
  • 36 hours weekly, working a continental shift pattern (3 on, 3 off - 12 hour shifts, starting at 6am or 6pm)
