Our continued growth means we need more gardeners to join our teams based in Bourne End Buckinghamshire.


We want gardeners with a passion for what they do, making tired or neglected gardens better, or keeping those already pristine up to scratch.

Whilst you need to have some knowledge of plants and techniques, this could be from experience in your own garden, so formal qualifications whilst welcome are not essential.

Our competitive rates offered will reflect experience and qualifications.

The roles available reflect all of our disciplines:

Lawncare, bed and border care including light shrub and topiary work, and the heavier hedge and large shrub care.


We also recognise that people have different priorities post covid, so we have hours to suit, full time, part time, permanent or casual.

We'd rather have a small amount of your dedicated time than have you rushing to get to life's essentials.


The gardens we tend are all within a few miles of Bourne End, so you need to be local or able to travel here daily, and potentially be able to drive one of our vans.

That makes being an insurable driving critical.
