Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the role of Lead Soft Landscaper within our reputable landscaping and fencing company, HL Services (London) Ltd. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing soft landscaping tasks as per the approved landscaping design for various new build projects. Key duties include:

  • Implementing soft landscaping installations in accordance with site plans.
  • Overseeing and guiding team members during project execution.
  • Coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Maintaining physical fitness to perform manual tasks effectively.
  • Utilizing appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Independently managing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Arranging plants and trees according to site specifications and possessing a basic understanding of horticulture.
  • Preparing garden areas for turf installation through rotovating and leveling.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to interact with site personnel and client representatives.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Completing tasks within designated timeframes and ensuring proper sign-off upon completion.
  • Possessing a valid CSCS card is essential; assistance in obtaining this can be provided.
