Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Agency Sales Executive focused on outbound sales for our ecommerce marketing services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with some experience in B2B sales, specifically within the marketing or professional services sectors, targeting medium to large businesses. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments to expand our client base and drive our ecommerce marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Market Identification: Identify potential ecommerce companies that could benefit from our agency's services (ecommerce marketing).
  • Outreach and Relationship Building: Use LinkedIn, CRM, email, and phone calls to engage with key decision-makers in target companies, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Efficiently generate leads and manage the sales funnel from initial contact through to appointment setting, ensuring a robust pipeline.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Assess the needs of potential clients to tailor your outreach and presentations effectively. This will involve the ability to qualify prospects and determine if they are a good match, based on their budget, the need for our services and technical/cultural fit.
  • Ability to talk about (sell) the benefits of our ecommerce Marketing Services: Focus on selling comprehensive ecommerce marketing services, including strategy development, search marketing, social media, and shopping campaigns.
  • Appointment Setting Goals: Set appointments for the agency's strategist team to conduct audits and strategy meetings. Participate in these meetings to deepen your understanding of our services.
  • Collaboration with Strategist Team: Ensure seamless coordination with the strategist team from the initial contact to the formulation of strategy and offering of services.
  • Networking and event attendance: Depending on your experience, or after you have passed your probation; there will be an opportunity to extend your role into face-to-face engagement with potential prospects by attending networking events, exhibitions and conferences, organised by ourselves or third parties.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1 year experience in B2B sales within the UK, ideally in a marketing or professional services agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to outreach to decision-makers in medium to large ecommerce businesses, in order to identify prospects' needs and set appointments
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other sales tools for outreach and relationship management. Training provided on our CRM package (Go High Level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their application within the ecommerce sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
