Purpose of the role
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices on behalf of our customers
Accuracy of all customers billing
Reconciliation of company credit card
Excellent customer service within a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities, Including, but not limited to**Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring that they are VAT compliant, adhering to each customer's policies.

To support to improve the operating procedures and systems you use, and be adaptable to change.

Your responsibilities will include a selection of items contained in the following list:

  • Invoice checking
  • Invoice processing
  • Preparing and validating payment data
  • Billing clients
  • Allocate adjustments
  • Hotel/Client/Daily reconciliations
  • Obtaining supplier bank details
  • Invoice query logging and resolution
  • Answering the telephone to support with resolving customer/supplier queries
  • Sorting of post
  • Scanning invoices
  • Paying off credit card within financials
  • Posting sales ledger invoices
  • Allocating credit card transactions
  • Sending mail merges to hotels chasing for invoices
  • Raising sales ledger invoices (charge card)
  • Requesting prepayments and deposits

Essential
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to plan and prioritise own work in order to achieve deadlines
Computer literate with good data input skills
Knowledge of a financial accounting package
