About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Marple Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Use your product knowledge and sales skills to identify and meet customers' needs, promoting our holiday packages and services.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, promote offers, and generate sales leads.
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring seamless customer service and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a proven sales record and excellent product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good accuracy and numerical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Competent IT skills, with experience using tour operator systems and software.
