We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced East Africa travel specialist to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting bespoke itineraries for discerning travelers to Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Your expertise in B2C sales and product knowledge of East Africa will be invaluable in providing expert advice and solutions to our clients. With a flexible approach to working hours and a proactive work ethic, you'll thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver custom-built itineraries for inbound sales calls
  • Offer expert advice and solutions to clients
  • Work proactively as part of a small team
  • Maintain accurate cost calculations and provide quotations quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Background in B2C sales in East Africa
  • Strong product knowledge of East Africa
  • Previous personal travel experience to Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
