We are looking for a Band 8a, Stroke and Neurotherapy Lead to join our innovative and enthusiastic Leadership Team working at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Trust.

This post offers the ideal opportunity for development of a senior clinician with proven leadership skills.

The post holder will be directly responsible for leading the Stroke and Neurotherapy teams (OT and physiotherapy) teams both at Poole and Royal Bournemouth Hospital, requiring flexible working across sites.

The Stroke team provides a clinical service to HASU and inpatient stroke/ neuro wards. Some changes are anticipated for the next phase of integration as the organisation prepares for sites moves in . This role requires HCPC Registration.

Base Location:
Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Degree level qualification or equivalent in OT/PTState registration with HCPCManagement qualification or equivalent experienceRelevant post-graduate training at Masters level Desirable criteria MSC in associated subject.

Professional qualification to higher Diploma / MSc level.
