We are looking for a Shared Lives Officer in Hastings, a full-time position with a chance to work across various services.
The Shared Lives Team focuses on providing placements for adults with care & support needs, ensuring they are matched with approved Shared Lives Providers. Your role will involve assessing, matching clients, and supporting them on their journey towards independence and essential life skills.
Your responsibilities will include direct client and provider interactions, quality assurance, complex assessments, and ensuring provider compliance and continuous improvement.
This role based in Hastings involves travel across the county, managing a complex workload independently. Effective negotiation, organizational skills, and prioritization are key to success.
In return, we offer training, development opportunities, and a supportive team dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for those we serve.
