About the job
To provide a professional Advice Service, by telephone or face to face covering all aspects of Housing Benefit, Council Tax, Welfare Benefit, Welfare Reform, Money Advice, Housing Enquiries, Homeless prevention and a wide range of general Council services.
What We Are Looking For From You
You will have experience of working with customers, preferably on a face to face basis with a commitment to providing high quality customer service.
You will have good communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes.Additional information
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.
