Role: Hub Financial Controller - Fixed term

Xeinadin is a leading business advisory and accountancy group that was established in 2019 through the merger of over 100 successful, independent practices across the UK and Ireland. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role.About the Role:
As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience in financial management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key responsibilities include managing cash, revenue, and cost control across the hub, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, as well as providing commentary to the Managing Partner and Group Finance Director. Additionally, you will be responsible for centralising the finance function at the hub level, building and managing the hub finance team, and ensuring that activities carried out at regional offices are captured in the hub finance function. You will also be responsible for hub budgeting and supporting the Group budgeting process, ensuring that regional office budgets are submitted on time, robust, and meet Xeinadin's growth criteria. Other key responsibilities include tax and transfer pricing, reviewing Board data after consolidation by Group, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting, and UK tax regulations.Requirements:
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within an accountancy firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UK tax regulations
