THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a French Speaking Senior Conference & Logistics Executive to act as the conduit between Show Directors, Marketing teams, Operations teams, suppliers and speakers to ensure each conference runs smoothly.
A broad role, responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with event teams to confirm theatre capacities and specific AV requirements
- Negotiation with AV suppliers to ensure best prices without compromising on quality
- Ensure operations budgets are kept up to date
- Stage set design
- Day to day liaison with speakers managing speaker requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage speaker accommodation schedules
- Liaise with marketing and operations teams to ensure all are aware of speaker requirements
- Obtain speaker pictures, biographies and session descriptions
- Organise the logístical requirements for organisations holding small special events outside the exhibition hall
- Managing the speakers, AV technical team and speaker lounge on site at event
- Post event reporting and analysis
