This is an exciting role supporting the senior management team to plan and execute seamless events throughout Europe.
Duties of the

French Speaking Executive Assistant:
Planning the organisation of training programs across different clients
Coordinating international travel itineraries
Budget planning and invoicing
Executing projects from start to finish
Key skills required for the

French Speaking Executive Assistant:
Native-level proficiency in English, with fluent French
Previous experience in a, Executive Assistant, Operations or Training Coordinator
Effective communicating and confident interacting with senior executives
Willingness to adapt to occasional flexible working hours
