Job Title: Global Crisis Management Specialist at Experian

We are currently looking for a pivotal role in our Global Business Resilience Office (GBRO). You will play a crucial part in executing the Global Crisis Management Programme, following Global Policy and standards within Experian's Crisis Management Framework.

Why this position matters to us

This position is fundamental in contributing to the continuous improvement of Global Crisis Management by leveraging your expertise in Crisis Management incident response. As a trusted partner to regional stakeholders, including Leadership, you will offer advice and guidance on all resilience matters within the broader GBRO team.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements for the Role & Experian

  • You should excel in a fast-paced work environment across various time zones in diverse global business areas.
  • You must possess extensive experience in Crisis Management frameworks and/or Service Incident Management.
  • A consultative approach towards key stakeholders, drawing from knowledge ideally gained through prior practical exposure to resilience and incident management.
  • Prior experience in training and developing colleagues in Crisis Management.
  • Excellent communication skills

Meaningful Work - Responsibilities

  • Contribute to designing and delivering top-notch preparedness training and exercises, including conducting post-incident reviews and executing remedial action plans.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement and improvement of the Crisis Management program.
  • Assist in establishing a consistent crisis management approach at regional and global levels.
  • Facilitate and coordinate crisis management teams effectively during incidents.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor to senior stakeholders during critical incidents, handling sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Assist in generating regular management information for executive audiences.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the first line of defense on resilience topics.

Your Profile

  • You will mainly contribute to the delivery of a global crisis management program and response capability.
  • Demonstrate adept Stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
  • An ability to interpret, analyze, and articulate complex data and issues compellingly.
  • Experience working in a FinTech organization or Financial Services would be advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of operating across different cultures.
