We have a rewarding position for an
Executive Assistant to work at our Northpoint head office in Small Mill, Leeds, with occasional attendance at our central Halifax office.

This is a permanent role, requiring 35 hours of commitment across 5 days (Monday to Friday). As an essential member of our team, you will report directly to the CEO.

What you will be doing as our Executive Assistant:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining workflows, managing schedules, servicing meetings, and providing general executive assistance to the CEO.

Your responsibilities will include attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, managing action/risk logs, coordinating activities, proofing documents, and ensuring brand consistency in document formatting.


What are we looking for in our ideal Executive Assistant:

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior administrative role
  • Experience working with executive teams
  • A good level of general education
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
