The role


Talk Talk Business has significant growth ambitions and has a mission to be the B2B fibre provider of choice across ethernet, security, cloud and broadband services.

We have a very congested and strategically imperative deliveries to take new products to market.

The Change Lead will be responsible for ensuring their functional area is fully represented with product and project delivery.

The change lead will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements are captured for their area and hold the project to account for level 4 processes ensuring we have captured the as is and to be.

The change lead will work closely with the wholesale journey leads and readiness managers to ensure we have an E2E delivery model to roll out change to the operational teams.

The change lead will work both strategically within the team and locally to Manage any small change their functional area requires.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand your functional area's processes and help detail any impact assessments on To Be process changes and introduction.
  • Capture your functional areas requirements for assigned project delivery.
  • Understand department metrics and hold the delivery account to Ratio's and scalable solutions fit for purpose.
  • Ensure sign off from your functional area HOD i.e. Head of assurance
  • Work closely with the wholesale journey leads to ensure the solution defined meets your areas journey and that the requirements are reflected within the solution.
  • Work closely with the senior Readiness Manager in managing stage boundaries for the successful transit of deliveries through the model office.
  • Transact heat mapping of new processes through LAB / Incubation ensuring they are fit for purpose.
  • Work with the project to be a key sign off on UAT for your area.
  • Manage the RTM (Requirements traceability matrix) ensuring the e2e delivery of what is required.
  • Work closely with the Operational stakeholders to identify and track that each area has their requirements reflected within the TOR's and that the change leads are tracking the RTM with the project BA's.
  • Attend programme boards and steer Co's ensuring all operational readiness items are picked up and fed into their respective deliveries.
  • Delivery local functional area change
