An established high street retailer, taking L&D in a new direction.


As an L&D function they are looking at bringing specialist knowledge inhouse, so you'll have the opportunity to be involved in Learning projects from the ground-up and really make a personal impact with their Learning and Development function.

They havea blended approach to learning and see the value of both face to face learning and also digital learning

Working alongside an L&D leader who has been brought in to reshape their learning function.

Their goal is to best add value to a business that is now also in Europe and the middle east.

This won't be a training function but instead is one that will be impacttheir talent management and engagement strategies across the group, and develop all levels of people across the business.

They operate from a modern and open head-office that will certainly bring a smile to face.

You're already operating as an L&D Adviser will be comfortable supporting middle-management. Will have a progressive, innovative and creative approach to learning.

To be successful you will be out in the business at their different sites and also head-office. An immediate focus will be involvement in development for their mid-level management teams.

Salary will be £35,000 to £40,000 with a profit related bonus (fortunately they have been in profit consistently), enhanced pension and a raft of other benefits.
