JOB SUMMARY


Calero MDSL, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for an Telecom Contract Coordinator for either their Cannock, Edinburgh or Tunbridge Wells location.

Reporting to a Service Operations Manager (SOM), you will provide analysis of customer telecom billing, inventory, and contract data to identify areas of future cost savings/optimization.


This job is ideal for you if you love problem solving with numbers and have a keen eye to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs analysis of customer billing, inventory and contract data in order to identify costs savings / optimization
  • Monitors and manages client data / reporting and contract needs
  • Create and present monthly | quarterly audit and optimization reports
  • Maintain audit tracker to ensure accurate capture and reflection of savings on a monthly basis
  • Support the Customer in the achievement of contracted billing disputes and future cost savings / optimization

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years' experience in a business setting working with data analytics

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Comfortable working independently to deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within their team
