About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Collections Advisor Position working within the Financial Services Sector in Sheffield


This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for that next step in their career and join a business which can offer excellent progression and development.


As a Collections Advisor you will be forefront of the business dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

You will be chasing up payments and collecting these whilst processing and updating the systems.


The role will also involve obtaining questionnaire details with customers who may be in financial difficulty and negotiating payment arrangements.


The Successful Applicant:

Previous Customer Service Experience

Empathetic and confident negotiating

Excellent communication skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment
