Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager

Our company specializes in designing and producing innovative vehicle safety and security products, and we are searching for a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual to be part of our team.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience as a Senior Sales Coordinator or a Key Account Manager/Coordinator.
Company and Job Details:
- Salary up to £30,000
- Location: Shenstone
- Free Parking
- Fully Office based
- Company pension
- Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- 23-days + 8 bank holidays including 3 for Christmas shutdown
Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Accounts
- Oversee various projects with different companies
- Build relationships and communicate with customers
- Coordinate with procurement for stock levels
- Work with engineers to establish schedules
- Arrange repair visits and provide technical support
- Collaborate with different departments internally
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to email inquiries and provide feedback
- Commission vehicles when necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
