Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 17:00 pm (40 hours)

The Role:


Working within the Facilities Team to deliver a high standard of service support to the designated site, ensuring that all facilities, fixtures, and fittings are maintained to the highest levels, adhering to the H&S Policy and legislative requirements.

Whilst undertaking a Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship with our training provider GLP, with attendance to Master Classes at a training centre.


Support will be given throughout your apprenticeship with mentors guiding you through the role and continuous development of skills and behaviours to exceed personal goals and business objectives.

- an understanding of day-to-day management of facilities operations._ _
- the apprentice will also develop hands-on maintenance skills, to become a pivotal support to their designated site_._

  • The apprentice may also be required to support other sites within the region.

Skills and competencies required:

  • Must be 18 years and over due to site health & safety requirements
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Good time keeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Previous experience of working in team desirable
  • English / Maths / Science
  • Level 1 ( x 4 GCSE's)
