Job Description:
As the MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer), you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintaining a robust financial crime prevention framework

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and monitor transactions for suspicious activities, reporting any findings to relevant authorities.
Lead AML training and awareness programs for employees, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
Stay updated with regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company's AML/CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) measures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies on AML-related matters.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of AML controls and recommend enhancements as necessary.

Your Qualifications:


8+ years as an MLRO or in a senior compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in payments or fintech.

Deep knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective AML policies, procedures, and controls.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are desirable.
