Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records and filing systems.
  • Process invoices and expenses, including for staff and suppliers.
  • Administration and accounting of vehicle subscriptions and costs.
  • Ensure accuracy of figure work.
  • Meet & greet visitors to the office.
  • Remain compliant with all laws and company policies at all times.
  • Any other duties as required by business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent team player, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able and willing to adapt.
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages (especially Excel) and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Demonstrable good knowledge of Maths, English, Science (GCSE grade B or above).
