Your role:

You will be responsible for administrative and sales support to the Head of UK Distribution, UK DMT Members and Head of EMEA Private Markets Distribution.

What we are we looking for:

Full diary management End to end meeting arrangements (liaising with internal and external stakeholders, booking meeting rooms/external venues if needed, issuing teams invites) Booking travel (air, train, taxi, hotels) Submitting invoices (creating purchase orders and liaising with accounts for payment of invoices) Logging salesforce meetings/calls where appropriate Organising and execution of internal and external/client events (attending for logistics purposes when required) Liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner to coordinate meetings Organising reoccurring team meetings throughout the year including managing agendas, invitees, diary invites etc. Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the Quarterly UK Distribution Team days, which includes managing invites, agendas, external speakers, room bookings, catering, IT requirements Responsible for the coordination of the fly-In schedule for the wider UK Distribution team; which includes liaising with Portfolio Managers, creating and maintaining individual schedules Managing any offsite team events (sourcing venues, costing, invoicing etc.)
