About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private PA to join our team at Aldrich & Co. As a Private PA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our client, a high-profile individual, on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the principal's schedules and appointments and diary
  • Coordinate frequent and often last-minute travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries
  • Handle some of the principal's correspondence
  • Manage personal shopping and gifting
  • Plan and organise events
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, preparing and editing documents etc.
  • Liaise with several third-party stakeholders
  • Attend high-level meetings, take minutes and follow up on tasks
  • Coordinate with multiple offices
  • Involvement in a variety of ongoing projects
  • Run professional and personal errands as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience providing high-level support to a UHNWI, ideally in a family office, private household, or aboard private yachts
  • Highly professional and well-presented
  • Excellent diary management skills and the ability to handle a constantly changing schedule
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Adaptable with the ability to remain unfazed by changing plans
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • A committed and dedicated approach, maintaining the utmost privacy
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy manner
  • Confident driver with UK driving licence
  • Proximity to Henley and ability to work on-site every day
  • Flexibility to travel overseas a few times per year
  • Excellent checkable references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
