Full time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 per annum (£33 to 37.4k/annum OTE) + 34p/mile

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid - WFH / Winnersh Triangle RG41 (fortnightly and ad hoc when required)

Powerforce are expanding our OnDemand team and are seeking someone with a passion for client relations, project management, and driving business success. While prior experience is valued, we prioritise someone who demonstrates a deep understanding of client needs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong project management skills.

In this role you will:

Represent Powerforce with professionalism, serving as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis Anticipate and address client needs and challenges, providing strategic recommendations to ensure satisfaction and success Lead project management initiatives within the OnDemand team, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion Manage field team recruitment, briefings, and campaign management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations Utilise analytical skills to deliver comprehensive reports, offering valuable insights and recommendations for optimisation Present project results effectively in client review meetings, fostering clear communication and understanding Ensure adherence to project budgets and streamline invoicing processes to maintain financial accountability Drive the success of the OnDemand team through proactive business development efforts and strategic client relationship management

To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, preferably in a client-facing role Exceptional communication skills across various mediums, including face-to-face, phone, and email, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools A proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Ownership mentality, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional results to clients and stakeholders A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel as needed
