The vacancy
Our data team oversees information that plays an important part of Porchlight's work with homeless and vulnerable people.

This role will involve working on our Salesforce database as the first point of contact to the data team for queries from users of the system.

You will manage entries onto the system and put together reports meaning you will be working with people from across the organisation as well as our partners.


The role requires:

  • Experience of working on a helpdesk or other similar referral line
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing demands.
  • An approachable nature and the ability to work collaboratively.

Working pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

Contract type:
Permanent.
