About the role:

The Talent Acquisition team is an integral function to the wider Bionic Group.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Assisting to run group style interviews, such as assessment centres
  • Adhoc recruitment related responsibilities and projects

Requirements:

About you:

  • High energy, motivation and drive to deliver excellent results
  • Have at least 1 year experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment function
  • Selfdriven, confident and be used to working in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System and proficient in Microsoft programmes
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a salesbased environment
  • Loves working as part of a team
