At our Pet Care Centres, we focus on serving the local community - where local team members assist pet owners and care for pets.
As a member of the store management team, reporting to the Store Manager, you play a crucial role. You will serve as a Duty Manager and will have full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
- Be involved in various aspects of store operations such as recruitment, stock control, and maintaining store standards.
- Your Store Manager will empower you to drive sales and performance across key KPI's.
- Inspire your team, foster a fun work environment, and create an exceptional shopping and working environment.
We provide the necessary training, skills, and knowledge to offer customers a service that aligns with our vision of becoming the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

- Flexibility is key - ability to work a varied shift pattern covering 7 days a week due to the demands of a busy retail setting.
- Demonstrated passion for retail with a track record of maintaining high standards and achieving excellent results.
- Willingness to undergo 6 months of comprehensive training covering crucial aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety.
