Join Our Team as a Factory Production Supervisor at Gem Partnership Ltd

Are you passionate about ensuring products are produced with the utmost quality and safety standards? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in our Seaham location.

Duties

  • Procedures - Adhere to food hygiene and Health & Safety policies, report any non-compliances to your Area Team Leader.
  • Housekeeping - Maintain a clean work area, ensure machinery is debris-free to prevent contamination.
  • Production - Check product quality and report any issues promptly to your Team Leader.
  • Machinery Operation - Safely operate machinery, identify and resolve any issues.
  • Mixing - Prepare correct mixes, ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Health and Safety - Work with care and report any safety issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Experience

  • Previous supervisory experience in a factory.
  • Reliable, punctual, with good communication skills.
  • Numeracy, literacy, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a team.

Additional Information

Location: Seaham

Rate of Pay: £14.45 per hour

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm
