Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Administer medications according to care plans
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Help clients with mobility and transfers
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow care plans and ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients

Skills:

  • Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred
  • Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Valid driver's license is preferred
