We are seeking a dynamic forward-thinking individual, with a proven ability to influence and succeed within a complex environment.

We are looking for an experienced SHE Adviser to support the Lead SHE Advisers and SHE Department in providing comprehensive SHE advice, training, instruction and information across the University

To include:

  • Providing advice in the field of health and safety, carry out risk assessments and audits.
  • Supporting academics and support staff in meeting their Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities.
  • Playing an important role assisting the SHE Department in promoting a safety, health and environmental culture across the University with a strong emphasis on coaching and training.
Experience of working in the field of safety and health and delivering SHE training is required.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload to meet deadlines.
