Warranty/service Support Administrator

- Manage and process warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with customers, service providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth handling of warrantyrelated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, service requests, and resolutions in the designated systems or databases.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the sales, manufacturing, and quality control departments to address recurring warranty issues and improve product quality.
- Must have experience within a warranty environment, processing and submitting claims, uploading details.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be competent with Excel, Word, etc.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Must be able to record and upload customer details.
