You will be responsible for all aspects of the monthly management reporting information.

Provide financial input, support and analysis to the business management along with other areas of the business in order to improve decision making.

You will providefinancial input to the business management process, driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance support and ensure management has a comprehensive oversight of the performance of their business areas
  • Take ownership and drive continuous improvement in processes, people and systems ensuring accuracy of all financial reporting and supporting information
  • On an ongoing basis, create and contribute towards insightful and detailed analysis of financial performance and proposals to optimize cost and profitability management
  • Key contributor towards planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to help drive business performance and ensuring all financial aspects are considered
  • Provide analysis and support to the local leadership team for strategic pricing proposals & quantifiable value propositions to ensure accuracy of proposals presented to the Business Unit Management Team for approval
  • Contribute towards the successful implementation of new Microsoft Dynamics ERP system in the business
  • Continuous assessment and improvement of reporting procedures, systems and financial support to the business
  • Management and review of compliance
Required

  • A qualified/ partqualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong financial and cost control skills
  • Strong Excel & Access skills; manipulation and analysis of data
  • Good communication skills will be required to present at meetings and deputise for FC if required
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement; within the business, personally and within the Finance team and wider business
  • A problem solver that contributes with solutions and suggestions
