Key requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and surveying across multiple sectors.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering transformation change and also continuous improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest survey instrumentation and methodologies.
  • Successful history of leading strategic changes and managing multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Full membership of RICS and/or CICES is essential.
  • Commitment to prioritizing health and safety for survey teams based on knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in managing large datasets in an ordered and structured manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept decisionmaking, proven team leadership capabilities, client management proficiency, financial acumen, strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong industry ties with clients, suppliers, and industry bodies are desirable.
