Evadx Limited are recruiting for an individual to deliver the full range of administrative assistance for the rest of the team.

This is a full-time role, where the working hours and days will be agreed with the successful applicant. This is an office-based role, located on the Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park, Kinmel Bay.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • General administration and reception duties
  • Implement, maintain, and update office processes and document control
  • Processing of employee timesheets
  • Providing administrative support, carrying out a range of clerical tasks including typing, filing, data inputting, diary management, spreadsheets, photocopying, scanning
  • Sending out documentation on behalf of managers
  • To answer all telephone calls coming through the switchboard and transfer calls to the appropriate member of staff or department

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
