CREATIVE STUDIO EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10+ years in creative industry across B2B and/or B2C companies.
Bachelor's and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field. A combination of education and/or related work experience may be substituted.
Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, and workflow optimization.
Experience orchestrating the creation of content for TV, videos, print, performance, and social campaigns.
Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices - with a passion for staying current on social and content trends.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative and production teams.
Proven experience implementing solutions that deliver services with high-quality standards in a profitable and sustainable manner.
Comfortable with developing internal training materials and resources that support team/individual growth and development.
Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.
Proven track record of building and nurturing client and vendor relationships.
Effectively presents ideas to internal and external stakeholders that result in actionable next steps and business growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with account leaders and clients to understand their creative needs, presenting concepts and solutions that address their objectives.

Oversee and mentor a group of project managers and producers, designers, visual/motion artists, and content copywriters.
