As a customer service advocate, you will play a pivotal role in turning challenging moments in to opportunities for customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions/concerns or who have encountered a problem with a product or service. You will need to demonstrate active listening skills to identify the problem and collate the necessary information to aid you to resolve the concern. This position offers lots of variety on a daily basis, below are the key responsibilities:

  • Respond and manage incoming contact from the customers through telephone, Live chat and our email management system.
  • Build up knowledge of businesses and product ranges through ongoing product training.
  • Consistently deliver the highest standards and quality of service that retains existing customers and supports the development and growth of new customers.
  • To provide backup & support for other Contact Centre roles as required.
  • Focused on achievement of set KPI's individual, team and business goals and objectives – relating to Business Sales Revenue Targets, Customer response handling targets, Data quality and accuracy of processing customer returns, credits and debits.
  • Effectively represents Seton internally and externally. To be a clear role model with reference to professional behaviour, work ethics and customer service.
Profile

About you:

You will be a dedicated and empathetic customer service professional, you will thrive on resolving after-sales issues with efficiancy and care.

Role specific skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an after sales support role
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Familiar with MS Office packages and Google Mail
  • SAP knowledge is desirable

This position is available on a fixed term contract for a period of 9-12 months, it is 37.5 hours per week between 8.30am and 5:00pm. This role is based within our Banbury office.
