Pensions Client Service Manager - Birmingham & Hybrid

Are you a pensions professional skilled at building relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our Birmingham team at Aon, a global company dedicated to making better decisions to enhance lives worldwide.

What the Job Involves:

  • Acting as a liaison between delivery teams, client-facing teams, and clients
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with various clients to understand their individual needs
  • Managing a variety of tasks for a portfolio of clients, such as day-to-day service discussions, project requirements, and progress tracking
  • Staying updated on service operating models and identifying new client opportunities
