Location:
Fenchurch Street, London

Hours:
Monday to Friday, a 3 week shift pattern: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 9:30am - 6pm.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

Technical skills are not as important as the customer engagement skill - customer specific onsite, and technical specifics training will be performed by the current onsite engineers.


Experience:

  • Experience with working in a VIP environment.
  • General OSS HW break fix skillset
  • Windows 10
  • Service Now (preferable)
  • Office 365

Security Clearance:

BPSS clearance
