We are recruiting for an experienced Inpatient Nurse Manager to join a Boutique Private Hospital in Central London on a permanent full time basis.

You will be providing clinical leadership and management to the Inpatients and Pre Assessment teams.

Inpatient Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ward budget management
  • Supporting and mentoring the senior nurses within their roles to manage their ward staff effectively, as well as maximizing their performance through regular reviews and reflective practice.
  • Actively contributing to the Hospital's Digital Transformation which aims to create better outcomes for patients and better experiences for staff.
  • Occasionally working in the capacity of a Duty Manager (Matron's Office) on a rotational basis as required.


We are looking for a Senior nurse / manager with strong leadership skills, well organised with an understanding of financial targets and managing resources.
